Your tour reservation in now confirmed. Your tour itinerary will be emailed to you shortly.If weather conditions necessitate a change in departure time, our team will contact you via email or phone to make the necessary adjustments.

Hotel guests who want to reserve a spot on the tour should do so at least 3 hours ahead of time.

Passengers utilizing their mode of transportation will receive a map and driving directions with E-ticket.

 CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS 

Meet under the white tent between the exit gates at the Royal Watler Terminal at 8:40 AM for the morning tour and 11:40 AM for the noon tour.

Look for signage suggesting pr-booked tours from Stingray City Cayman Islands.

 

We suggest bringing dry towels, sunscreen lotion, light snacks, and a waterproof camera, mask, and hand sanitizer on your tour.

Onboard, we supply snorkeling equipment, sodas, and water.

HOTEL, RESORT, AND CONDO GUESTS

Pick up from your resort or condo entrance/lobby between 8:45 a.m. and 9:00 a.m, and for the afternoon tour between 11:45 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

Please notify the front desk that you are expecting a shuttle from Stingray City Cayman Islands.

We recommend that you bring a dry towel, sunscreen, and a waterproof camera.

DRIVING TO OUR VESSEL STATION

Meet at the Safe Haven Marina 8:50 AM for tours departing at 09:15 AM or 11:50AM for tours departing at 12:15 PM.

​

Turn left on Safe Have Drive after exiting the Easterly Tibbetts Highway. Right on Turnberry drive - all the way to the end, where parking is available on the facility's right side.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT FOR INFANTS:

All infants under the age of four are asked to wear a life vest during the tour.
If you are unable to bring your own vest, one will be provided on board prior to the start of the tour.
All vessels are equipped with life preservers for all sizes, including infants and large adults - as required by the Cayman Islands Government.
Our vessels have been certified by the Cayman Islands Port Authority and Coast Guard.

PRICING

Pricing for adults and children:
Infants under the age of three are admitted for free.
Children's prices apply to children aged 4 to 11.
Persons aged 12 and up pay the adult rate.
