MINIMUM NUMBER OF PASSENGERS TO OPERATE
Cruise ship passengers with E-tickets will be assigned shuttle at the main cruise ship port terminal. Our shuttle service operates free of charge and departs the main port terminal at the time indicated on the E-ticket. Visitors with an E-ticket for the pr-booked excursion are asked to arrive at least 20 minutes before departure to be processed. Departure time stated is local Cayman Islands time. The Cayman Islands operates a tender system that can delay your arrival to shore. Always allow adequate time to meet group tour representatives onshore.
Hotel guests reserving space online should do so 12 hours before tour departure. To ensure pick up from the resort location, please call our office at 345 322 3400 if less than 12 hours before tour departure time. Our shuttle picks up between George Town and Seven Mile Beach. Map and driving directions will be provided to the guest using their method of transportation. Feel free to contact our office at for more information.
Online reservations not confirmed until the e-ticket has been processed and paid in full. Payment can be made by submitting a five-digit confirmation number located on the upper right of your E-ticket, along with credit card details. Please allow 12 hours for a ticket to be processed.
INFANTS REQUIREMENT: Infants under the age of 4 years must be outfitted with a life vest at all times. Parent or guardian of infant(s) required to bring along personal life vest certified by the US Coast Guard for any child under the age of 4 years. Life preserves available for all ages onboard vessels as required by the Cayman Islands Port Authority and Marine Enforcement Unit.

Read the following Terms and Conditions before purchasing Stingray City Cayman Islands tickets. These terms and conditions form part of your Guest Ticket Contract. Your ticket purchase constitutes a Guest Agreement with these legally binding Terms and Conditions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Stingray City Cayman Islands liability, if any, shall be limited as outlined in the Guest Ticket Contract and these terms and conditions.
Independent contractors providing shore tours and transportation are not set liable within this agreement. Service providers for Stingray City Cayman Islands, employees, and independent contractors are not subject to liability based on this agreement. Stingray City Cayman Islands does not control or supervise the actions of wild creatures and makes no guarantee as to their action. Stingray City Cayman Islands sells tickets as a convenience to online purchasers. Tour operators, photographers, transportation providers, and their employees are not agents or employees of Stingray City Cayman Islands, but sometimes wear clothing or use signs that contain the name or logo “Stingray City Cayman Islands”. Stingray City Cayman Islands assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or death as a result of guest participation in services, excursions, or transportation. Please review the Guest Ticket Contract for further information regarding your rights and obligations as well as those of Stingray City Cayman Islands.
Stingray City Cayman Islands is not responsible for any loss, damage, death, injury, or claim by Guests from ships, residences, or hotels. This includes all shore excursions, whether booked online, sold at the port, or sold by third parties in the Cayman Islands. Guests engage in all such activities at their own risk. Stingray City Cayman Islands TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The precondition for Sale, Ticket Availability, Refunds, No Redemption Value
Stingray City Cayman Islands tickets will only be sold to Guests who have read and agreed to our policies. Stingray City Cayman Islands reserves the right to cancel trips due to weather, vessel cancellation, or for any reason that poses a safety or security risk. Our company will refuse admission to any intoxicated person who poses a risk to their own and others' safety. In these cancellation circumstances, the Guest is not entitled to any recourse apart from a refund of the concert ticket’s fair value. Tickets are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash. If Stingray City Cayman Islands or any service provider listed under Stingray City Cayman Islands, cancels the charter before departure, the cost of any Stingray City Cayman Islands tickets purchased will be fully refunded back to the original credit card used for the purchase.
Number of Tickets Sold and Right of Refusal
Stingray City Cayman Islands reserves the right to limit the number of tickets made available for sale for each excursion. Stingray City Cayman Islands reserves the right to cancel or refuse any or all online requests for purchase if the number of spaces available per charter has sold out. Stingray City Cayman Islands also reserves the right to refuse sale or admission to or to remove any Guest whose conduct our Manager deems disorderly; who uses vulgar or abusive language; or who fails to comply with Stingray City Cayman Islands policies, rules, and procedures. Guests agree to respect the enjoyment, and safety of staff, crew, sea creatures, or other Guests. Guests are required to comply with Stingray City Cayman Islands directives, including those of any authorized staff or crew member and all applicable contract terms and conditions.
Delivery Options and Order Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation email within two (2) days of completing on-line booking and payment, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment, it is your responsibility to confirm with Stingray City Cayman Islands Customer Service that your payment was received. Stingray City Cayman Islands is not responsible for losses as a result of the Guest’s failure to complete online orders and to seek confirmation of payment.
Pricing or Clerical Errors
Children ages 4 and Up are charged the same price as Adults. Children under the age of 3 are Free if seated and supervised on the lap of an adult Guest. If the price of a Stingray City Cayman Islands excursion ticket is incorrect due to an electronic, human, or other error of any kind in the price listed, quoted, or advertised, Stingray City Cayman Islands reserves the right to correct the price. They may ask the Guest to pay the correct amount or may cancel the order with a full refund. Stingray City Cayman Islands is not obligated to honor any incorrect ticket order or purchase resulting from an error.
Stingray City Cayman Islands Cancellation and Refund Policy
Stingray City Cayman Islands has the right, without previous notice, to cancel any Stingray City Cayman Islands excursions. All excursions may be modified without notice. Occasionally, excursions may be canceled or postponed. Should this occur, Stingray City Cayman Islands will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures. If an event is canceled, Stingray City Cayman Islands will automatically issue a refund in the same manner and form of payment provided by the Guest at the time of purchase. Guests agree that neither Stingray City Cayman Islands will be liable for losses or damages of any kind resulting from the cancellation of an excursion. This includes travel or other expenses of the Guest. The Guest’s sole compensation is limited to the amount paid for the charter ticket.
If a Guest cancels a Stingray City Cayman Islands charter order, they can still rebook from shore for the same service, but at shore prices. Once Stingray City Cayman Islands has confirmed the purchase of excursion tickets, the cancellation of a charter by the Guest or Stingray City Cayman Islands does not entitle any Guest to outside privileges by the company. Guests who attempt to purchase Stingray City Cayman Islands charter tickets online are entitled to receive a full refund of the charter paid if (a) the spaces are sold out (b) if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the booking. For online cancellations of excursion purchases that occur before the cut-off window (24 hours before the time of excursion), a full refund will automatically be posted to the credit card that was used to pay for the order. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to be posted to your account.
Assumption of Risk, Recording, Transmission, and Exhibition
Guests voluntarily assume all risks and dangers related to any excursion booked under Stingray City Cayman Islands. Before submitting the Stingray City Cayman Islands order, Guests acknowledge that they have considered the nature of wild creatures and their willingness to participate in such an event.
Guests grant permission to Stingray City Cayman Islands to utilize their names, images, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any Stingray City Cayman Islands excursions or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmissions, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event before, during and after excursion) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context is now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, Guest, his/her heirs, successors, or anyone acting on their behalf. Stingray City Cayman Islands is not responsible for guest actions on the vessel resulting in injury where normal behavior was not followed. Guest should not jump, horseplay, or take upon activities that can cause injury to themselves or other parties on board. Stingray City Cayman Island is not responsible for guest who injures themselves or other during such acts.
SHORE EXCURSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Conditions are binding when you purchase shore excursions provided by independent tour operators through Stingray City Cayman Islands. The deadline for making shore excursion bookings online is 1 day (24 hours) before departure time unless the Guest intends to purchase from a store representative or WIFI or redirect link used on certain dates of cruise ship arrival. Not all of the shore excursions listed on the Stingray City Cayman Islands website will be available for every cruise passenger arriving in port.
All excursions are subject to change without notice. Descriptions, departure times, itineraries, pricing, and locations may be altered and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Changes may be unavoidable and can be made at Stingray City Cayman Islands or at the tour operator’s sole discretion. Departure times and meeting places will be printed on the shore excursion ticket or email with new or updated information. Guests must report to the location specified, before departure time, to avoid excursion delays. Guests will be required to pay in full by credit card or cash for the shore excursion, before departure. Confirmation will be sent for orders paid in full. Tickets will be delivered to the email address provided, within a day of booking.
Shore Excursion Cancellation and Refund Policy
Shore excursions may be canceled by Stingray City Cayman Islands or the Tour Operator for any reason. In the event of cancellation, your sole recourse is a refund of the amount paid for the canceled activity. Excursions and performances may be canceled or modified if the minimum number of participants was not achieved. Excursions may be canceled by the Tour Operator and full refunds will be issued in this case. It should be noted that excursions operate rain or shine. At times, however, tour operators will cancel excursions due to weather-related safety concerns. In this instance, refunds will be made for guests holding tickets on a canceled excursion, and every effort is made to accommodate guests on an alternate excursion. For online cancellations of excursions or Stingray City Cayman Islands purchases that occur before the cut-off window (24 hours before sailing), a full refund will automatically be posted to the credit card that was used to pay for the shore excursion. This will occur whether or not the person who made the purchase is on the excursion. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to be posted to your account. No changes will be made after the 24 Hour cut-off window. In the event of a cruise booking cancellation before the 24-hour cut-off window, a full refund will automatically be posted to the original credit card used to pay for the order.
Please note that there are some restrictions based on age, health, weight, and height, which have been outlined for your safety by individual excursion operators. Tour operators and Stingray City Cayman Islands have the right to require any individual to withdraw from an excursion at any time if that individual’s conduct is deemed detrimental to the interests, comfort, safety, or well-being of others. Tour operators reserve the right to alter excursions to meet local conditions for participant safety and convenience. Neither Stingray City Cayman Islands nor local tour operators will reimburse or otherwise compensate any guest if circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Stingray City Cayman Islands, or the tour operator, make it impossible to provide services as intended.
Prices for shore excursions are quoted per person in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice. Prices also vary by departure date and time and are capacity controlled. Some restrictions may apply. Most prices include transportation and where indicated includes meals, refreshments, guides, and entrance fees. In the case of snorkeling, or scuba and diving excursions, only the specific equipment named is included in the price. Some fishing excursions, especially in the case of deep-sea fishing, require additional liability waivers unless otherwise noted. These waivers are supplied by the Boat Captain and signed by Guests before departure.
Tour Operator Diving and snorkeling Policy
Due to the level of physical exertion in free diving and snorkeling excursions, these activities may not be appropriate for individuals with medical conditions such as asthma, a heart condition, high blood pressure, or diabetes. Tour Operators require that all guests be sufficiently fit to safely participate in the excursion. Guests will sign a ‘Medical Waiver and Liability Release Form’ before the shore excursion. If you have a medical condition that may prevent you from safely participating in the diving excursion, before booking your tour, please contact the representative from Stingray City Cayman Islands or the charter company operating your tour. This policy covers free diving, snuba, power snorkel, underwater scooter, and sea trek excursions.
Stingray City Cayman Islands and the Tour Operators will NOT be responsible for your possessions at any time. Do not leave your possessions unattended in your car, at the port, or onboard the vessel. All personal possessions remain, at all times, a guest's responsibility.
Air-conditioned motorcoaches are not always available since standards of transportation vary throughout the world. Guests wishing to travel with friends should leave the ship together, as a group. This will assist shore excursion staff in the allocation of seating together for you and your friends. Please note that motorcoaches and other forms of transportation may require guests to use two to three steps to enter the vehicle. Some coaches can accommodate collapsible wheelchairs. Staff is not obligated to lift guests into or out of vehicles. Tendering may prevent guests in wheelchairs from going ashore at certain ports of call. Required Documentation and Identification
