Without notice, all excursions are subject to change. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, descriptions, departure times, itineraries, pricing, and locations are subject to change and variation. Alterations might be inevitable and may be implemented at the sole discretion of Stingray City Cayman Islands or the excursion operator. With any new or updated information, departure dates and meeting locations will be printed on the shore excursion ticket or communicated via email. Guests are required to be at the designated location prior to the scheduled departure time in order to prevent any potential delays on the excursion. Prior to departure, guests are obligated to remit complete payment for the shore excursion using either cash or a credit card. There will be a confirmation email sent for orders paid in full. Tickets will be sent to the supplied email address one day after the reservation is made.
Policy on Shore Excursion Cancellation and Refunds
Shore excursions are subject to cancellation for any reason by Stingray City Cayman Islands or the tour operator. Your only recourse in the event of cancellation is a reimbursement of the full amount that was paid for the terminated activity. Changes to excursions and performances may be made in the event that the required minimum number of attendees is not met. Excursions are subject to cancellation by the tour operator, in which case passengers will receive complete refunds. It is important to mention that excursions proceed regardless of the weather. However, tour operators will occasionally cancel excursions due to safety concerns associated with the weather. Guests who have tickets for a canceled excursion will receive refunds in this case, and every endeavor will be made to reschedule them on an alternative excursion. Online excursions and Stingray City Cayman Islands purchases that are canceled prior to the cut-off time (24 hours prior to departure), will receive a complete refund automatically deposited into the credit card used to make the shore excursion payment. This will transpire irrespective of the presence or absence of the purchaser on the excursion. Kindly permit a duration of 7-10 business days for the credit to be reflected in your account. Thereafter, modifications will cease to be implemented following the 24-hour cut-off window. Upon cancellation of a cruise reservation prior to the 24-hour cut-off time, the initial credit card used to make the purchase will be automatically refunded in full.
Limitations and restrictions
For the sake of ensuring your safety, specific excursion operators have established certain restrictions pertaining to age, health, weight, and height. Tour operators and Stingray City Cayman Islands reserve the authority to request that participants of their excursions immediately disengage from any activity that is considered to be harmful to the welfare, security, comfort, or interests of others. Tour operators retain the prerogative to modify excursions in order to accommodate local circumstances, prioritizing the safety and convenience of participants. The cost of pricing
Shore excursions are priced per individual in the United States. USD and are subject to change at any time. Additionally, departure date and time affect prices, which are capacity-controlled. There may be restrictions in place. Where specified, the majority of prices encompass transportation. Meals, refreshments, advisors, and entrance fees are also included. Regarding snorkeling, scuba, and diving excursions, the price exclusively encompasses the designated equipment. Unless otherwise specified, certain fishing excursions, particularly deep-sea fishing, require additional liability waivers. The waivers are provided by the boat captain for guests to execute prior to departure.
Policy on Diving and Snorkeling by Tour Operators
Participating in free diving and snorkeling excursions may not be suitable for individuals with medical conditions including asthma, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, or diabetes, owing to the strenuous nature of these activities. Each participant is required by tour operators to be in adequate physical condition to engage in the excursion safely. A 'Medical Waiver and Liability Release Form' will be obtained from each guest prior to the shore excursion. In the event that a medical condition hinders your ability to securely engage in the diving excursion, kindly communicate with a representative from Stingray City Cayman Islands or the charter company overseeing your tour prior to making your reservation. Sea expedition excursions, free diving, snuba, power snorkeling, and underwater scooters are all included in this policy.

It is not advisable to leave one's belongings unattended in a vehicle, at the port, or aboard the vessel. All personal belongings remain the responsibility of the visitor at all times.
Administration of Transportation
The limited availability of air-conditioned motorcoaches can be attributed to the fact that transportation standards differ globally. Groups of guests who desire to embark and disembark the ship together are required to do so. This will aid the shore excursion personnel in determining which seats to assign to you and your companions. It should be noted that in order to board motorcoaches and other modes of transportation, passengers may be required to traverse a distance of two to three steps. Certain carriages are equipped to house collapsible wheelchairs. Guests are not required to be lifted into or out of vehicles by the staff. During tendering, passengers utilizing wheelchairs may be denied access to land at specific ports of call. To obtain additional details regarding transportation accessibility, kindly consult online accessibility guidelines. These are denoted by an icon of a blue wheelchair. Additionally, the Shore Excursion Manager is available to guests on board.
