How to make a payment for Stingray City Ticket:

  2. Enter your email address listed on the ticket.

  3. Insert the total amount listed on the ticket unless otherwise instructed

  4. Copy of paid ticket will be sent to your email address.

Refund Policy

When canceling a land or sea tour booked with Stingray City Cayman Islands, certain penalties apply. See the information below for details.​

Your tour deposit is fully refundable up to 90 days prior to tour unless noted otherwise. After 90 days a penalty for cancellation will apply as stated, and will be deducted based on the table below should you decide to cancel your reservation. Cancellations must be in writing: sent via email to, or mailed to the address below. Cancellations become effective on the date received by Stingray City Cayman Islands. PLEASE ALLOW (15) FIFTEEN WORKING DAYS FOR REFUND TO PROCESSED AND BE POSTED TO ACCOUNT.

90-61 days - 5%

60-31 days - 10%

30 days to 24 hours prior - 20%

If payment was received via credit card, the refund will be made to that credit card. If payment was received from your online travel agent, the refund will be provided back to that travel agent.

Paying for Shore Excursions Please remember that you will have up to 5 days prior to your tour date to purchase your excursions online. If you are within the 5 days, you will then need to purchase your shore excursions immediately in order to reserve space.

Requirements U.S. and KYD currencies are accepted for payment and aboard the vessel for payment of images.

Weather In the event of weather conditions, the tour will be refunded 100% amount paid. Cruise passengers not able to dock or participate in tour based on weather conditions will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.


Ship Fail to Stop Cruise Ship passengers on a vessel which fails to stop in port for any reason will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.


No Show Passengers who fail to show for a tour based on departure time is not eligible to claim a refund. Our representatives will assist in arranging another tour, but if other tours are not available, the full amount paid will be lost and listed as a no show.


Correct Information It is the client’s responsibility to ensure information listed on the ticket is correct. Failure to review information for accuracy, the client bears the burden should a mistake be listed for tour selection, date, time, type of tour and cost.


Cancellation of Tour Stingray City Cayman Islands has the right to cancel a tour at any given time and for any given reason. Tour canceled by Stingray City Cayman Islands will be refunded 100% of the amount paid. In the event an individual tour is cancelled due to safety concerns relating to intoxication, no refund is made to the client.  


Medical Attention In the event of medical attention required during a tour, the client is responsible for all charges associated with medical cost, including but not limited to transportation (land or air), hospital stay and medications. The amount paid for the tour will be lost and considered non-refundable.


Opt Out of Tour Prior to Completion No refund will be paid should a passenger opt out of tour prior to completion. In order to join another tour, the client will be responsible for paying full amount listed for the tour in order to reschedule.
