Stingray City Cayman Islands Cancellation and Refund Policy
Stingray City Cayman Islands has the right, without prior notice, to cancel any Stingray City Cayman Islands excursions. All excursions may be modified without notice. Occasionally, excursions may be canceled or postponed. Should this occur, Stingray City Cayman Islands will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures. If an event is cancelled, Stingray City Cayman Islands will automatically issue a refund in the same manner and form of payment provided by the Guest at the time of purchase. Guests agree that neither Stingray City Cayman Islands will be liable for losses or damages of any kind resulting from cancellation of an excursion. This includes travel or other expenses of the Guest. The Guest’s sole compensation is limited to the amount paid for the excursion ticket.
If a Guest cancels a Stingray City Cayman Islands charter order, they can still rebook from shore for the same service, but at shore prices. Once Stingray City Cayman Islands has confirmed purchase of excursions tickets, the cancellation of a excursion by the Guest or Stingray City Cayman Islands does not entitle any Guest to outside privileges by the company. Guests who attempt to purchase Stingray City Cayman Islands excursion tickets online are entitled to receive a full refund of the charter paid if (a) the spaces are sold out (b) if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the booking. For online cancellations of excursion purchases that occur before the cut-off window (4 hours prior to time of excursion), a full refund will automatically be posted to the credit card that was used to pay for the order. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to be posted to your account.
REFUND POLICY - Should ship fail to stop in port, tour canceled due to COVID related matters, poor weather conditions, or any issues out of the client’s control, confirmed and paid tours will be refunded 100%.
Cancellation and Refund policy for 1-30 days prior to tour.
All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after purchase, customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.
Cancellations received 30 days (or more) of departure will incur a penalty of 10% per person.
Cancellations received within 15 days of departure will incur a penalty of 25% per person.
Cancellations received within 7 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% per person.
Cancellations received within 3 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although we will make every effort to maintain the normal operation.
DATE CHANGE - No fee applies to date change or downgrading of ticket.
MEDICAL ILLNESS - If a customer develops a medical condition while on a tour, Stingray City Cayman Islands is not liable for any associated medical expenses. For any ailment that develops following a tour, including but not limited to seasickness, asthma, heart conditions, dizziness, and other related conditions, the client is solely responsible for all associated expenses.
MINIMUM NUMBER OF PASSENGERS TO OPERATE
Every tour is subject to a minimum operating number of passengers and may be canceled at any moment if the number of passengers falls below that threshold.
Cruise ship passengers with E-tickets will be assigned shuttle at the main cruise ship port terminal. Our shuttle service operates free of charge and departs the main port terminal at time indicated on E-ticket. Visitors with E-ticket for pr-booked excursion are asked to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to departure in order to be processed. Departure time stated are local Cayman Islands time. The Cayman Islands operates a tender system which can delay your arrival to shore. Always allow adequate time to meet group tour representative on shore.
Hotel guest reserving space online should do so 12 hours prior to tour departure. In order to ensure pick up from resort location, please call our office at 345 322 3400 if less than 12 hours prior to tour departure time. Our shuttle picks up between George Town and Seven Mile Beach. Map and driving directions will be provided to the guest using own method of transportation. Online reservations not confirmed until e-ticket has been processed and paid in full. Payment can be made by submitting five-digit confirmation number located on the upper right on your E-ticket, along with credit card details. Please allow 12 hours for ticket to be processed.
INFANTS REQUIREMENT: Infants under the age of 4 years must always be outfitted with life vest. Parent or guardian of infant(s) required to bring along personal life vest certified by the US Coast Guard for any child under the age of 4 years. Life preserves available for all ages on board vessels as required by the Cayman Islands Port Authority and Marine Enforcement Unit.

1st infant under age 3 years FREE of charge. 2nd infant under age 3 regular kids rate applies.
Children price applies to kids ages 4 - 11 years.
Adult rate applies to persons 12 years and older.
